Finally, a day when life seems to get \u201cregular\u201d, whatever that is.\u00a0 Judy gets off to school, forgetting only her lunch.\u00a0 I clean the floors, and do a few loads of laundry.\u00a0 The Rangers are on my MLB app, playing the Angels.\u00a0 I can get the radio broadcast.\u00a0 The West Coast start times are great for me here.\u00a0 It\u2019s 10:00 am, so I sit down to catch up on website entries, experiment with Hulu a little more, and check out Facebook for the first time.\u00a0 What happened to the Rangers?\u00a0 When we left DFW, it looked like Wash might be getting fired, and the team was way behind Oakland.\u00a0 Now they\u2019re tied?<\/p>\n
Judy gets home around 5:00, ready to check out the nearby Capitol Mall..\u00a0 There\u2019s a \u201cnail\u201d place she\u2019s heard about.\u00a0 We find the nail place and she goes in.\u00a0 I start wandering!\u00a0 The mall contains 7 levels.\u00a0 Top floor seems to be restaurants only.\u00a0 Korean, Malaysian, Chinese, Mongolian, Japanese, etc.\u00a0 I check out all the menus.\u00a0 One of them listed \u201cSliced Donkey\u201d, yum!\u00a0 It looked good in the menu picture, but I didn\u2019t try it.\u00a0 After nails and menu browsing we eat pizza in the Pizza Hut (living life on the wild side).\u00a0 Pizza is only about 1\/10th<\/sup> what this restaurant has.\u00a0 It\u2019s a huge menu with dishes ranging from seafood to steaks.<\/p>\n After dinner, it\u2019s back to the apartment to prepare for Friday.\u00a0 We\u2019ve almost been in Beijing for two weeks.\u00a0 Unbelievable!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Finally, a day when life seems to get \u201cregular\u201d, whatever that is.\u00a0 Judy gets off to school, forgetting only her lunch.\u00a0 I clean the floors, and do a few loads of laundry.\u00a0 The Rangers are on my MLB app, playing … Continue reading
